All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Standard U.S. shipping rates are generally $8.99. Orders over $60 USD ship free. Domestic shipping only at this time.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind). Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. We will, however, assist you in tracking your package, filing a claim, or reordering when possible.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card information. Payment options include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other standard methods.
