How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged/defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
- Report window: Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- How to start: Email sinternetcult@gmail.com with your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
- Important: Do not mail anything back without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid label and instructions.
What if my package is lost or damaged in shipping?
- Damaged in transit: Send us photos of the damage, and we’ll replace your order.
- Lost in transit: If tracking stalls or your order never arrives, contact us. After investigating, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card issuers may take a few business days to post the credit.

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
