Processing Time

All items are made-to-order to reduce waste. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once an order has been produced, U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping $8.99.
  • Orders over $60 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost in transit: If tracking stalls or your order never arrives, contact us at sinternetcult@gmail.com. After investigation, we’ll arrange a replacement.
  • Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, email us photos within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace the affected items.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: If the carrier marks the order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
